Mark Zuckerberg’s Hacker Claims New Victim in Google CEO

The same group of hackers, who comprised Mark Zuckerberg’s Twitter & Pinterest accounts, allegedly have a new victim in Google’s very own CEO, Sundar Pichai. Occurring earlier this month, it was reported the Facebook founder was attacked by a hacking group consisting of three men who call themselves ‘Our Mine’.

And now it appears they have conquered the ‘Quora’ account of Pichai, who has only been in charge at Google since late 2015. Pichai’s account which is linked to his Twitter account, show messages posted by ‘Our Mine’ of them responding to questions by claiming to have taken control of the account.

According to ‘Next Web’, one of the world’s largest online publications, the group acquired access to Pichai’s account by ‘exploiting vulnerability in Quora’s platform’. At this current time, it appears Pichai’s account has now been reclaimed and the tweets erased from history, but not in time before Next Web managed to grab a quick screenshot.

In order to publicise themselves as a security firm, the hacking group have been targeting high profile technology individuals. They prove this by offering support to those they target. They have also made the popular question and answer site Quora aware of the hack, but as of yet have not heard a response back. Therefore, if you currently use this site we recommend you changing your password immediately!
